For a couple of years (two, three ... I cannot remember) I earned some much needed money as a free-lance annotator for municipal council meetings, most of the time in the Dutch city of Harlem, just a bit to the south of Amsterdam. I always recorded those meetings on (recycled) cassette tape (though I think I remember there were also digital recordings made, as almost all of the meetings, with the exception of some confidential ones, were live broadcast on the internet).

Sudoku Solution 20246 uses a tape with the recordings I made of a meeting of the 'Commissie Beheer', in March 2009.
